Freeze-Dried Strawberry Coated Real Chocolate

Three Flavors: Dark Chocolate | White Chocolate | Lime Flavored White ChocolateThis product features whole freeze-dried strawberries enrobed in genuine cocoa butter chocolate coating, available in three distinct flavour profiles for bulk distribution. All chocolate shells are formulated with pure cocoa butter, without any cocoa butter substitutes (compound chocolate). The outer chocolate layer is not freeze-dried, which means the chocolate shell is thermally sensitive and prone to melting under elevated temperatures. Please refer to the special note below for storage guidance.

Product Introduction

The core filling is whole freeze-dried strawberry. The low-temperature freeze-drying process removes most moisture from fresh strawberries while preserving the original strawberry flavour, natural sour-sweet balance and porous, crisp texture. The inner strawberry maintains a light, brittle crunch, contrasting sharply with the dense, creamy mouthfeel of the outer chocolate coating. Each bite delivers a dual sensory experience: silky, slow-melting chocolate on the outside, paired with airy, fruity crispness from the freeze-dried strawberry centre.

We adopt premium real chocolate enrobing technology for all three variants. Real cocoa butter carries characteristic cocoa flavour and follows a sharp melting profile close to human body temperature, creating the signature melt-in-mouth sensation that compound chocolate cannot replicate. No artificial cocoa butter substitutes are used in the coating system, complying with standard definitions of real chocolate.

Flavour Profile

1. Dark Chocolate Coated Freeze-Dried StrawberryDark chocolate shell made from cocoa mass, cocoa butter, granulated sugar, low-fat cocoa powder and soy lecithin. It presents a deep, rounded cocoa aroma with gentle, balanced bitterness. The earthy cocoa notes counteract the bright tartness of freeze-dried strawberry, delivering a sophisticated, less-sweet taste profile preferred by cocoa lovers.

2. White Chocolate Coated Freeze-Dried StrawberryWhite chocolate shell based on cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, lactose, whey powder and anhydrous milk fat. It offers rich, rounded dairy creaminess with mild sweetness. The mellow milk flavour does not overpower the natural strawberry aroma, making this variant approachable and suitable for consumers who favour mild, creamy snacks.

3. Lime Flavoured White Chocolate Coated Freeze-Dried StrawberryThe base is the same white chocolate system, incorporated with lime powder and food colouring (Green Lake). It combines creamy white chocolate base with bright, zesty lime citrus notes. The refreshing citrus flavour cuts through the richness of chocolate, bringing a clean, tangy twist and lower perceived sweetness.

Important Special Note

The outer chocolate coating is not freeze-dried material. It is conventional real cocoa butter chocolate. Cocoa butter has a relatively low melting point. Under high ambient temperature, direct sunlight or poor thermal control during transit and storage, the chocolate shell will soften, deform or melt. It is recommended to store the product in a cool, dry environment below 20°C, away from heat sources and sunlight. Refrigerated storage is acceptable if conditions permit.
